北海市住宅节能对策研究

【摘要】 北海市处于大西南与东南亚的中枢位置,是大西南最便捷的出海通道口岸,其特殊的区位优势将大大推动北海的城市发展建设,但同时也引起巨大的能源消耗。对现有住宅的研究表明,由于缺乏建筑节能规范的约束,北海市现有住宅建筑能耗高,所占能耗比重很大,且住宅室内物理环境较差。故提出北海市住宅节能应:使建筑节能法制化;改善室内物理环境、降低建筑运行能耗;降低建筑建造能耗;开发利用可再生能源等。

【Abstract】 Beihai city is located at the pivotal position of the grand southwest of China and the southeast of Asia, as the most convenient port for the grand southwest of China. The special region superiority gives impetus to the development of Beihai, and results in huge energy consumption. Due to lack of restraint on energy efficiency, the energy consumption of buildings remains high but the indoor environment of existing houses is not satisfactory. So establishing the legal system for efficient use of energy in buildings, reducing energy consumption of operation, cutting down energy consumption of construction, utilizing local resources are strongly recommended.
