寒冷地区机场道面混凝土破坏机理研究
Damage mechanism of runway concrete in cold region
【摘要】 寒冷地区机场混凝土道面常常发生非荷载引起的破坏———耐久性破坏,严重影响飞机的安全起降,必须尽快予以解决.解决混凝土耐久性破坏问题必须首先弄清楚破坏原因.为此,以北方寒冷地区某国际机场为研究对象,从不同角度分析混凝土的破坏机理,排除了碱骨料反应破坏的可能,在宏观性能研究和显微结构分析的基础上,提出寒区机场道面混凝土耐久性破坏的根本原因是混凝土抗渗性差,水分及腐蚀性介质易渗入混凝土内部孔隙中,导致混凝土抗冻融性及耐腐蚀性劣化.
【Abstract】 The damage to concrete runway in cold region is not caused by load and is therefore called durability damage.It affects the safe taking off and landing of planes.Before solving the problem of durability damage of concrete,the cause for damage must be made clear.After studying an international airport in north cold region,the damage mechanism of concrete is researched on the basis of macroproperty research and microstructure analysis.The possibility of damage of alkali aggregate reaction is eliminated.And the basic cause for durability damage to runway concrete in cold region is that the permeability resistance of concrete is too low,so water and corrosive medium easily seep into concrete,and lead to the poor freezing-thawing resistance and corrosion re-sistance of concrete.
