MBR反应器出水水质研究

【摘要】 研究膜生物反应器(MembraneBioreactor简称MBR)污水处理出水水质,是该工艺推广应用的关键问题之一.采用淹没式MBR工艺,系统运行稳定,并在前期工作采用MBR工艺处理合成污水实验考察其效能基础上,采用MBR工艺处理实际生活污水,实验结果表明:出水BOD5≤1.0mg/L,NH4+-N≤1.0mg/L,最后通过对MBR工艺不同操作条件下出水水质参数进行对比分析,研究了膜生物反应器出水回用的可行性.

【Abstract】 In this paper the water quality of Membrane Bioreactor(MBR)effluent which is the key for MBR application was researched.We have experimented the performance of MBR by synthetic wastewater,this time,We treated the reality sewage with submerged MBR which was operated well.The effluent of MBR were BOD 5 ≤1mg /L,NH 4+ -N≤1mg /L.Through the analyzing of the water quality of MBR effluent,the possibility of reusing of sewage that treated with MBR is investigated.
