超宽间距长芒刺电除尘器除尘理论及参数识别
Electrostatic dust precipitator with super wide clearance and long discharging bar and parameter identification
【摘要】 在充分考虑紊流扩散和电风作用的基础上,通过建立二维静电传输数学物理模型,提出效率因子的概念,利用数学反演法进行参数识别,并利用计算机进行求解;新建除尘理论的可靠性得到了试验验证,为超宽间距长芒刺静电除尘器理论的研究及其性能优化选择奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 By establishing two dimensional physical and mathematical transmission models,the concept of efficiency factor was introduced for taking into consideration the function of turbulent flow spreading and electric wind,and a reverse calculation method was used for identification of parameters with computer.The reliability of the new dusting theory is proved by experiments.A foundation has been laid for the theoretical research on super wide clearance and long discharging bar electrostatic dust precipitator and its function optimization choice.
