【摘要】 以利率市场化进程为切入点 ,运用系统聚类分析方法 ,从分析中国商业银行的利率状况出发 ,分析了在我国实施利率市场化改革过程中存在的国有企业缺乏利益约束机制、金融机构对利率的调控反应不灵敏、中央银行缺乏独立性、金融市场发育不健全等困难 ,从而提出了我国利率市场化改革应采取对称国有企业利益机制与风险机制、完善经营性金融机构体制、完善中央银行体制、建立发达的金融市场的科学对策 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The interest liberation process in China is analysed with necessary considerations accorded such problems as state-owned enterprises lacking interest restraining mechanism,insensitivity of financial institutions to regulation of interest,central bank lacking independence,and underdeveloped financial market,and countermeasures are suggested to expedite the interest liberation process in China by operating sound interest and risk system at state-owned enterprises,improving operation of financial institutions,making central bank operating system perfect,and establishing well-developed financial market.更多还原
