船用燃气轮机燃烧室三维冷态湍流数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Three-Dimensional Nonreacting Flows in Marine Gas Turbine Combustor
【摘要】 对某种船用工业燃气轮机燃烧室中的三维冷态流场进行了数值模拟 .此燃烧室具有突台结构 ,并且燃烧室的入口切向速度分布沿着半径方向是线性的 .在计算中采用了改进的k -ε双方程湍流模型 .数值模拟的结果和实验数据进行了比较 ,结果符合较好 .另外 ,分析了燃烧室内的旋流、回流等流动特性 ,对于燃烧室的设计与优化工作起到了辅助作用 .对燃烧室三维冷态流场数值模拟的成功计算对于今后对燃烧室热态问题进行数值模拟打下了基础
【Abstract】 A numerical simulation was made of the three_dimensional nonreacting flow in a marine gas turbine combustor with a quarled_burner,where the swirl velocity is linear along the radius,and an improved k_ε turbulence model was used for the computation. The results of calculations were compared with the experimental measurements, and good agreements were obtained between the calculated and measured axial and swirl velocities. The elemental flow characteristics of this gas turbine combustor were also studied, which made the design and optimization of this gas turbine combustor possible.
