毛细管放电类氖氩等离子体放电参数的研究
Discharge Parameters of Ne-Like Ar Plasma Gengrated by Capllary Discharging
【摘要】 为了验证建立起来的实验装置的合理性和有效性 ,从等离子体箍缩效应的基本理论出发 ,建立了等离子体平衡箍缩的理论模型 .计算出了在毛细管中充入 80Pa氩气时的箍缩电流 ,这一放电参数对指导毛细管放电装置的调试实验有着重要意义 .同时 ,在毛细管中充入同样气压的氩气并进行了毛细管放电实验 ,放电实验的结果为 :当Marx发生器所加直流高压为 190kV时 ,通过两次分压测得最大放电峰值电流为 30 .4kA .由此估算 ,Marx发生器输出电压最大为 30 0kV时 ,放电电流可达 4 0kA以上 .实验结果表明装置运行稳定
【Abstract】 In order to validate the rationality and validity of our experimental setup,a theoretical model of plasmas balance_pinch was built using the basic principle of plasmas pinch_effect. The pinch current was computed when the capillary was filled with 80 Pa Ar and the result is very meaningful to the discharge experiment made with capillary discharge setup. The experimental results show that the maximal discharge current is 30.4kA when the direct current high voltage of Marx generator is 190kV. The discharge current estimated is over 40kA when he maximal output voltage of Marx generator is 300kV.
