【摘要】 N ,N -二溴代二甲基乙内酰脲及N ,N -二氯二甲基乙内酰脲是一类新型高效消毒剂 .经N ,N -二甲基乙内酰脲与溴或氯气进行卤代反应合成出目标物二溴二甲基乙内酰脲及二氯二甲基乙内酰脲 ,并对其杀菌性能进行了初步测试 .实验表明 1 0 0 μg L的二溴二甲基乙内酰脲及二氯二甲基乙内酰脲在 1 0min内可完全杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、枯草杆菌和伤寒杆菌等 4种病菌更多还原

【Abstract】 N,N-dihalo-5,5-dimethyl hydantoin is a new high-grade disinfectant.In this paper,dibromo and dichloro-5,5-dimethyl-hydantoin were synthesized by halogenation of 5,5-dimethy1 hydantoin with bromine or chlorine,and this antimicrobial activity was preliminarily tested. The test showed that 100?μg/L both of N,N-dihalo-5,5-dimethy hydantoin could disinfect Staphylococcus aurells,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtilis and Typhoid bacillus within 10 min.更多还原
