铝-铬天青S-镍-邻菲罗啉混合多核配合物显色反应的研究
Study on the color reaction of polycomplex ofAl(Ⅲ)-CAS-Ni(Ⅱ)-phen
【摘要】 研究了铝-铬天青S-镍-邻菲罗啉的显色反应。在pH=5.2的乙酸-乙酸钠介质中,铝-铬天青S-镍-邻菲罗啉形成四元异核配合物,最大吸收波长位于620nm处,测定铝ε表观=6.6×104L·cm-1·mol-1,在0~2μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。四元配合物的组成为n(Al)∶n(CAS)∶n(Ni)∶n(phen)=1∶3∶3∶3,相应分子式为:犤Al·(CAS)3犦·犤Ni·phen犦3。该显色反应用于试剂碳酸钠中铝的测定,效果良好。
【Abstract】 The conditions of color reaction of polycomplex of aluminium-CAS -Nickel-phen were studied. In pH = 5.2 buffer solution, aluminium reacts with CAS and nickel with phen to form a 1:3:3:3 polycomplex with maximum absorption at 620 nm.The molar absorptivity is 6.6×104 L·cm-1·mol-1. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~2.0 μg/25mL.The method has been applied to determination of aluminium in sodium carbonate anhydrous with satisfactory results.
