【摘要】 本文应用 RAPD技术对齿爪鳃金龟属 (H olotrichia)的四个类群进行了分类地位的研究。结果表明 ,不同类群间的平均遗传距离分别为 :华北大黑鳃金龟的文登种群与南京种群间为 0 .346 ,文登种群与东北大黑鳃金龟间为 0 .375 ,南京种群与东北大黑鳃金龟间为 0 .35 9,矮臀鳃金龟与文登种群、南京种群和东北大黑鳃金龟间分别为 0 .5 5 2、0 .5 45和 0 .5 34。对 RAPD指纹图谱进行 UPGMA聚类分析 ,系统发育树将以上四个类群分为了差异显著的两大类。综合各项研究指标 ,东北大黑鳃金龟与华北大黑鳃金龟之间的差异为种群水平的变化 ,东北大黑鳃金龟与华北大黑鳃金龟属同种昆虫 ,按照动物命名法规 ,东北大黑鳃金龟应为华北大黑鳃金龟的同物异名更多还原

【Abstract】 RAPD technique was used to classify four Holotrichia spp.. The results showed that the average genetic distances between Wendeng population and Nanjing population of H.oblita was 0.346, Wendeng population and H.diomphalia 0.375, Nanjing population and H.diomphalia 0.359. The average genetic distances between H.ernesti and Wendeng population, Nanjing population, H.diomphalia were 0.553, 0.545, 0.534 respectively. Cluster analysis results showed that the four Holotrichia spp. were grouped into two clusters. Of the two clusters, one was H. ernesti , the other was H.oblita and H.diomphalia . All results showed that H.oblita and H.diomphalia were the identical species. According to Code Zoological Nomenclature, H.diomphalia is the synonym of H.oblita .更多还原
