【摘要】 MRPⅡ与JIT均是企业有效降低库存、加速资金周转、提高生产经营水平的现代化重要手段和工具。TOC理论是20一套围绕系统中存在的制约因素———"约束"而进行管理的现代管理思想和原则。它可以帮助企业或组织机构识别出在实际目标的过程中存在哪些约束,并进一步指出如何实施必要的改进来消除这些约束,从而更有效地实现其目标。本文在分析三者的内涵、功能特征的基础上,进一步提出了MRPⅡ、JIT与TOC的集成思路,期望为我国现代企业的管理模式提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 MRPⅡ (Manufacturing Resource planning) and JIT (Just In Time) are important methods and tools of depressing stocks, accelerating the capital turnovers and enhancing the level of manufacturing operating. TOC (Theory Of Constraints) was given by Eliyahu M. Goldratt and Jeff Cox. in their book 《The Goal》 in 80 years in 20century. On the basis of analyzing the contents? the operating mechanisms and the characteristics of MRPⅡ JIT and TOC, this paper makes further proposes the integrated MRPⅡ?
