【摘要】 本文对安徽高新技术产业发展与风险投资现状进行了比较详细的介绍,分析了安徽风险投资业发展存在的四个方面特有问题,指出发展安徽风险投资业不能坐等宏观环境改善,必须用探索和创新的精神,从立法、建立撤出渠道、制订优惠政策、培养人才、建立风险投资行业组织等方面入手,加快安徽风险投资业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the present situation of high tech. development and venture capital in details in Anhui province, analyzes four specific problems of Anhui venture capital industry, and then points out that speeding up the development of Anhui venture capital must be based on legislation, setting up exit channel, on the spirit of exploration and innovation, on making preferential, on training personnel, on establishing investment field institution rather than waiting for a better macro circumstance.更多还原
