【摘要】 20 0 0年下半年以来 ,国有股减持配售一直是理论界与决策层及广大投资者最为关注的问题之一 ,但其两次运作却均以失败而告终 ,根本原因在于缺少一个合理的定价模式。本文就国有股配售定价作了初步探讨 ,在线性回归分析的基础上建立了一个定价模型 ,并进行了实例分析 ,同时也指出了该模型的不足及相应对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the latter half year of the year 2000, the theory circle ,policy makers and most investors have been paying close attention to the problem of reducing this state-owned share and allocating to the ordinary investors. However, its two operations ended in failure. The main reason is probably lacking in a reasonable and rational price-setting model. So we probe into the price-setting of state-owned share in this essay, and try to set up a price-setting model on the base of regression linear estimation of the existed example and available data. In addition, we also point out the defects in the model and put forward the related measures to solve them.更多还原
