管壁清洁系数对双背压凝汽器真空的影响
Effect of Tube Wall Cleanliness Factor on Double Back Pressure Condenser Vacuum
【摘要】 以邹县电厂 5号机组为例 ,计算了凝汽器水侧管壁清洁系数 ,所得结果与大修试验结果相吻合。同时 ,研究了清洁系数对凝汽器变工况特性曲线的影响 ,可以为运行及监控提供更接近实际的依据
【Abstract】 The cleanliness factor of condenser water side tube wall has been calculated using Zhouxian Power Plant’s No.5 Unit as example. The results are coincided with that of the field test during overhaul. A study of the influence of cleanliness factor on performance curve of the variable operating modes of condenser will make the operation and monitor more approaching to the actual data.
