【Abstract】 Discusses respectively the limitations and complementarities of electronic and traditional literature on analyzing the library’s three basic functions and new technology’s positive and negative effects and the double effects which digitization, network and the other new technologies have on the traditional libraries. It also discusses three important environmental factors and comprehensive responding policies university libraries are facing under the new technological environment. Then it puts forward new thoughts on the changing tendency of the university libraries development and management pattern.更多还原
