轴向受冲薄壁圆管的尺度效应研究
Research on Dimension Effect on Dynamic Response of Thinwalled Circular Tubes under Axial Impact Load
【摘要】 在理论研究中,轴向冲击下薄壁圆管的力学特性一般都是采用结构有效利用率和紧致比两个无量纲比值来研究的,由于忽略了圆管的尺度效应,故这种处理过于简单。为使问题处理得更好,这里应用非线性有限元技术,对薄壁圆管受轴向冲击载荷作用进行研究,研究紧致比相同而中径和厚度不同时的动响应力学特性及吸能特性,并根据计算结果分析了圆管的尺度效应。
【Abstract】 In the theoretical analysis method, two ratios, structural effectiveness and solidity ratio, are used to study the thinwalled circular tubes under axial impact load. But this method is too simple to consider the dimension effect of the circular tubes.Nonlinear FEM is adopted to study the dynamic response and the energy absorption behavior of the tubes, which have different radius and thickness with the same solidity ratio, then the numerical results and the dimension effect of tubes are presented.
