【摘要】 目的 :探讨颈动脉体瘤 (CBT)的生物学特征、诊断与手术治疗方式。方法 :回顾我院1997年 7月至 2 0 0 1年 12月收治的 19例CBT诊治经验。结果 :本组病例均根据其典型的临床表现即颈侧部肿块且伴有传导性搏动 ,结合彩超、CT或血管造影确诊。 17例接受手术 ,CBT剥离式切除 8例 ;CBT与颈外动脉同时切除 4例 ;CBT与颈内动脉部分切除 ,颈内动脉对端吻合 2例 ,颈外动脉与颈内动脉对端吻合 2例 ,CBT与颈动脉分叉切除 ,自体大隐静脉间置移植 1例。本组无围手术期死亡。结论 :根据临床表现 ,结合影像学检查CBT诊断并不困难。CBT剥离术是理想安全的手术方式 ,必要时行颈动脉重建 ,需预防脑缺血和颅神经损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of carotid body tumor(CBT). Methods: Nineteen cases of CBT were surgically treated in this hospital from July.1997 to Dec.2001. Results: Of 19 cases ,17 cases with CBT were operaterated,8 cases experienced simple excision of tumor;4 resection of the tumor with external carotid,5 excision of the tumor with internal and general carotid.Of the above 5 cases,2 cases underwent internal carotid end-to-end anestomsis.2 cases anestomsis of internal with external carotid;1 cases carotid-reconstructing with autogenous saphenous vein. All patients showed good results. Conclusion: It wasn’t difficult to diagnoses CBT with careful physical examination, B-made ultrasonic scanning and arteriography.It was a safe and effective treatment for CBT with simple excision of tumor.The protection of brain was important during operation of carotid- reconstructing.更多还原
