【摘要】 目的 :探讨乌司他丁对急性胰腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法 :选择 4 0例急性胰腺炎住院病人 ,以乌司他丁 10万单位溶于 5 0 0ml5 %葡萄糖注射液中静脉滴注 ,每天二次 ,疗程 7～ 14d ,观察用药前后患者自觉症状 ,临床体征 ,检验结果及综合结果情况并进行对比研究。结果 :本组病例中症状、体征无无效及加重者。用药前后血淀粉酶 ,尿淀粉酶和白细胞计数等临床检验结果比较均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :乌司他丁是治疗急性胰腺炎安全而有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of UTI treatment on acute pancreatitis.Methods : 40 patients with acute pancreatitis were treated by UTI (10 5u +5%G.S 500ml ,ivgtt Bid) for two wecks. to observe change of Symptom .sign and results of laboratory examination.Results:Contents of amylase in blood and wrine and leukocytometry were significantly reduced in ,the patients received UTI treatment (P<0.01).Comclusion:UTI is safe and efficient in treating patients with acute pancreatitis.更多还原
