【摘要】 目的 :观察表皮生长因子 (EGF)在人胎儿晶状体上皮细胞的表达。方法 :用SP免疫组织化学法对 4 8例人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞作EGF免疫组织化学染色。结果 :EGF在人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞均有表达。EGF阳性细胞胞浆为桔黄色或棕黄色的颗粒状或斑块状 ;免疫阳性细胞随着胎龄的增加而减少。结论 :EGF在胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞均有表达 ;并且随着胎儿的增长而减少更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in lens epithelial cells(LECs) of human fetus. Methods: The SP techniques were applied for immunocytochemical staining of LECs in 48 human fetus with EGF antibodies. Results: The expression of EGF occurred in LECs at different fetal ages.the positive staining for EGF was in orange or brown,and was scattered or mottled within the cytoplasm; the number of positive cells decreased with the increase of the fetal age.Conclusion: There are all expression of EGF in LECs at different fetal age; and the number of postive cells were decreased with the growth of the fetus.更多还原
