【摘要】 目的 :评价Hemoline双相血培养瓶临床应用情况。方法 :采用Hemoline双相血培养瓶对4 16份血标本进行培养 ,就检出阳性率、菌种分布及阳性检出时间进行评估。结果 :4 16份血标本分离出 72株病原菌 ,阳性检出率 17.3% ;菌种分布于葡萄球菌属、链球菌属、肠球菌属、肠杆菌科、非发酵菌、真菌等 16个属 2 1种 ;阳性检出时间多数集中在 2 4～ 72h、<2 4h阳性检出率达 8.4 %、>72h阳性检出率为 6 .9%。结论 :使用Hemoline双相血培养瓶提高了阳性率 ,缩短了培养时间 ,并且检出种类多、范围广 ,而且操作简便 ,结果准确 ,由其替代传统的血培养瓶是切实可行的 ,值得推广使用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the application of double blood culture bottle. Methods:Culture the 416 blood specimen with Hemoline double blood culture bottle ,and then evaluated the positive rate, bacteria and the positive time. Results: Detect 72 bacteria from 416 blood specimen, the positive rate is 17.3%. The bacteria belong to staphylococcal 21 kinds. The time is concentried on 24～72 hours. Conclusions: The application of the double bottle increase the positive rate, decrease the culture time . It’s simple, accurate widely applied.更多还原
