【摘要】 目的 :评价异丙酚配合利多卡因在人工流产中的效果。方法 :将自愿全麻人工流产 2 2 0例随机分为两组 ,实验组Ⅰ组 10 0例单用异丙酚静脉注射 2 .5mg/kg ,根据病人术中反应追加 2 0～50mg ,实验Ⅱ组 12 0例 ,在静脉注射异丙酚前宫颈粘膜涂布 2 %利多卡因。选同期术中未用任何镇痛药 10 0例妊娠妇女作为对照组 ,观察异丙酚用量、麻醉效果、宫颈松弛、出血量、呼吸循环及并发症。结果 :异丙酚配合利多卡因麻醉效果满意 ,宫颈松弛明显 ,异丙酚用量减少 ,对呼吸循环影响小、出血量不增加 ,无人工流产综合症发生。结论 :异丙酚配合利多卡因方法简便 ,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of propofol combined lidocaine on artifical abortion (AA).Method:220 cases were divided into two groups, radomly. Group I(100 cases) were intravenous Propofol 2.5mg/kg.in the mean time,the patients were added 20～50mg propofol according to their reaction.Group II(120 cases) cervical were spread. 2% lidocaine before intravenus. and then, 100 cases who weren’t use any analgesia drugs were compared,observed the propofol dosage,anaesthesia effect,uterine relaxition,hemorrhage,resparition, circulation and complication.Result:It’s reliable to wse propofol combined lidocaine,uterine ,relaxition is obviouse lowe dosage of propofol,minimized respariation and circulation,no added hemorrhage,no complication.Conclusion:It’s safe and simple to use it.更多还原
