X光显影纤维的研究

【摘要】 以聚丙烯为基体 ,硫酸钡为显影剂 ,共混后经双螺杆挤出造粒、纺丝 ,制得 X光显影纤维。讨论了硫酸钡的粒径大小对纺丝性能的影响 ,硫酸钡含量对纤维力学性能的影响 ,钛酸酯偶联剂和硅烷偶联剂对硫酸钡的表面作用和影响。结果表明 ,硫酸钡粒径越小 ,纺丝性能越好 ,硫酸钡含量越大 ,纤维的拉伸性能变差 ,强度下降。硅烷偶联剂较钛酸酯偶联剂与硫酸钡的粘结力强 ,分散效果好

【Abstract】 Polypropylene as a matrix was blended with BaSO 4 developing agent, then extruded and granulated by double\|screw extruder, and finally X\|ray developing fiber was obtained. The effects of BaSO 4 particle size on the spinnability, BaSO 4 content on the mechanical properties of the fiber and titanic acid ester or silane coupler on BaSO 4 surface treatment were discussed. The results showed that the lower BaSO 4 particle size, the higher the spinnability. The tensile property and the strength become poor at higher BaSO 4 content. Compared with titanic acid ester coupler, the silane coupler contributes stronger cohesive strength to BaSO 4 particles and yields better dispersion result.
