溶聚丁苯橡胶SSBR 2305的结构与性能
Structure and properties of SSBR 2305
【摘要】 研究了锡偶联溶聚丁苯橡胶SSBR2305的大分子结构、动态力学性能及加工性能。结果表明,SSBR2305的结合苯乙烯质量分数为25.64%,丁二烯链段中顺式-1,4-结构质量分数为24.14%,反式-1,4-结构质量分数为39.64%,1,2-结构质量分数为36.21%。其玻璃化转变温度为-50.5℃。动态粘弹谱仪的测定结果显示了这种溶聚丁苯橡胶良好的高抗湿滑性和低滚动阻力,其加工性能可以保证生产过程的顺利进行。
【Abstract】 The microstructure,dynamic mechanical property and processability of tin-coupled SSBR 2305 were studied. The results showed that the mass fraction of bound styrene in SSBR 2305 was 25.64%, cis-1,4-unit,trans-1,4-unit and 1,2-unit in butadiene structure were 24.14%,39.64%,36.21% respectively.The Tg of SSBR 2305 was -50.5 ℃. The analysis of DMA showed that tg δ of SSBR 2305 was low at about 0 ℃ and high at about 60 ℃ than that of SBR 1502, indicating the low rolling resistance and high wet-skid property of SSBR 2305.
