气相法聚乙烯SCG-1催化剂的工业应用
The industrial application of gas phase polyethylene catalyst SCG-1
【摘要】 介绍了气相法聚乙烯SCG-1催化剂的评价结果和工业应用情况,并与进口催化剂所生产的薄膜产品性能进行了对比。结果表明,用SCG-1催化剂生产中、低密度产品时,催化剂实际活性分别为9和8kg/g。用SCG-1催化剂生产的树脂产品颗粒分布均匀,产品质量良好,均为优等品,特别是薄膜产品的雾度和外观等级较进口催化剂生产的薄膜产品好。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the evaluation result and industrial application of the gas phase polyethylene catalyst SCG - 1, and compared the properties of the films produced with this catalyst and its counterpart imported from abroad. The results showed that when the catalyst was used for producing middle - and low - density polyethylene, the actual catalytic activity reached 9 kg/ g and 8 kg/ g, respectively. The resin products synthesized with the catalyst SCG - 1 had the advantages of uniform particle size, superior product quality and high - class of the whole products, especially the appearance grade of the film made with this catalyst was better than the film prepared with the imported catalyst.
