高耐热高浓度PE流延薄膜着色母粒的研究
Study on high heat resistance and high concentration color master - batch for PE casting film
【摘要】 研究了含金红石型TiO2、大分子有机颜料、纳米CaCO3、大分子分散剂、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、复合载体的聚乙烯(PE)流延薄膜着色母粒的配方组成,探讨了颜料的细化、分散处理工艺及纳米CaCO3对着色母粒力学性能和热性能的影响;采用DT-40热分析仪、Carry2390型分光光度计、S-570扫描电子显微镜等仪器对着色母粒进行了分析测试与应用研究。结果表明:该类母粒耐热温度大于等于320℃,颜料含量为63%~68%,颜料粒径小于2μm时,具有耐热性好、着色力强、分散均匀、力学性能和卫生性能好等特点,适用于流延法PE薄膜的生产着色。
【Abstract】 This paper developed a recipe of color master - batch for polyethylene ( PE) casting film, comprising rutile (TiO2), macromoleeule organic dyestuff, nanometer CaCO3, high molecular dispersant, ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer resin and compound carrier. The technologies for making and dispersing the fine dyestuff were discussed and the effects of the nanometer CaCO3 on mechanical and thermal properties of the color master - batch were studied. The color master- batch was characterized by differential thermal analysis, spectrophotometer and scanning electron microscopy. The application of the color master- batch verifies that its heat resisting temperature can reaches 320℃ or higher when the dyestuff content is in the range of 63% - 68% and the dyestuff fineness is less than 2 μm. The color master - batch is very suitable for fabricating the colored PE casting film for its advantages of high heat resistance, strong staining power, homogeneous distribution and excellent mechanical property as well as the conformity to hygienic standard.
