酯醚型消泡剂的合成
Synthesis of Ester-ether Defoamer
【摘要】 以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂合成了酯醚型消泡剂 ,考察了不同醚类、反应物摩尔比、反应温度等基本工艺参数对酯化率的影响 ,确定了最佳反应条件 :辛醇聚醚与月桂酸的摩尔比 1 .2∶ 1 ,反应温度 1 5 0℃ ,反应时间4 h~ 5 h,酯化率 78% ,产物经 IR表征
【Abstract】 The technology conditions of synthesizing ester-ether defoamer by using p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst had been investigated. The optimum conditions had been confirmed as follows: the mole ratio of ether to acid was 1.2 to 1, reaction temperature was 150℃, reaction time was 4h~5h. Under the optimum conditions the yield was 78%.
