【Abstract】 The synthetic technique of pharmacopoeia grade DL-malic acid through orthogonal test was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, material mol ratio, reaction time and other factors on the conversion ratio were tested. The results showed that the reaction temperature, material mol ratio, and reaction time have respectively great effects on the conversion ratio.
