【摘要】 目的　观察平水散治疗特发性水肿的临床疗效。方法　选择特发性水肿 2 0 6例 ,分为治疗组 1 46例 ,采用平水散治疗 ;对照组 60例 ,给予五苓散治疗。 2组均每日 1剂 ,水煎服 ,2 0日为 1个疗程 ,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果　治疗组总有效率为 96.5 8% ,对照组为81 .67% ,2组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗后立卧位水实验改善情况治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　平水散治疗特发性水肿有良好疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Pingshuisan on idiopathic edema.Methods 206 patients with idiopathic edema were divided into two groups.146 patients in treatment group were treated with Pingshuisan;60 patients in control group were treated with Wulingsan,decocted in water for oral dose,one dose daily,with a treatment course of 20 days for both groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.58% in treatment group and 81.67% in control group,there were significant differences between two groups in total effective rate (P<0.01) and in the improvement state tested by erect position and clinostatism water test (P<0.05).Conclusion Pingshuisan is effective in treating idiopathic edema.更多还原
