【摘要】 目的　观察化疗配合健脾和胃、益气养血中药治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效。方法　 33例晚期大肠癌患者 ,均以甲酰四氢叶酸钙 (CF)与 5 氟脲嘧啶 ( 5 Fu)联合化疗加健脾和胃、益气养血中药治疗。结果　完全缓解 (CR) 5例 ( 1 5 .1 5 % ) ,部分缓解 (PR) 7例 ( 2 1 .2 1 % ) ,稳定 (SD) 1 3例 ( 39.39% ) ,进展 (PD) 8例 ( 2 4 .2 4 % )。总发生率恶心、呕吐 2 4 .2 4 % ,腹痛 6.0 6% ,腹泻 2 1 .2 1 % ,口腔溃疡 9.0 9% ,丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)升高 9.0 9% ,白细胞减少 30 .30 % ,脱发 9.0 9%。结论　CF 5 Fu配合健脾和胃、益气养血中药治疗大肠癌 ,与文献报道单纯CF 5 Fu方案疗效相仿 ,但毒性反应较小。该化疗方案可增敏减毒、提高患者生存质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of CF/5 Fu combined with traditional Chinese medicine on 33 cases of advanced carcinoma of large intestine. Methods 33 patients with advanced carcinoma of large intestine were treated by CF/5 Fu combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Results CPR 5 cases (15.5%), PR 7 cases (21.21%), SD 13 cases (39.39%),PD 8 cases (24.24%). Among total occurrence rates of side effect, nausea and vomit 24.24%,abdominal pain 6.06 %, diarrhea 21.21%, increase of ALT 9.09%, decrease of WBC 30.30%,calvities 9.09%. Conclusion Te terapeutic effect of CF/5 Fu combined with traditional Chinese medicine on advanced carcinoma of large intestine is similar with that of simple CF/5 Fu, with less side effects, which can increase the therapeutic effect and improve the life quality of patients.更多还原
