【摘要】 目的　通过临床研究和实验研究 ,观察尿通胶囊的临床疗效、毒副作用及作用机制。方法　临床研究 :将 486例老年前列腺增生症患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 386例口服尿通胶囊 ,对照组 1 0 0例口服前列康片 ,进行临床疗效观察。并检测治疗前后前列腺的病理、前列腺特异抗原 (PSA)及免疫球蛋白 (IgA、IgG、IgM)等。实验研究 :观察尿通胶囊急性毒性实验、抗增生实验及抑制前列腺上皮细胞DNA合成的影响。结果　临床观察表明 ,治疗组总有效率 95 .85 % ,对照组总有效率 66.0 0 %。 2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。治疗后前列腺体积明显缩小 ,PSA转阴 ,免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA均下降 ,IgM无明显变化。实验研究示 ,尿通胶囊 66g/kg ,4h分 3次给药 ,7日内无死亡 ,且小鼠活动正常 ;可抑制前列腺增生及前列腺上皮组织合成。结论　尿通胶囊的临床疗效确切 ,无毒副作用 ;可抑制前列腺增生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect,toxic effect and mechanism of Niaotong capsule. Methods ①Clinical study: 486 patients with benign hyperplasia of prostate were randomly divided into two groups,in treatment group (n=100)Qianliekang tablet was orally taken;in treatment group(n=386)Niaotong capsule was orally taken.The pathology of prostate,blood PSA and IgA,IgM and IgG were observed before and after treatment.②Experimental study: The acute toxic effect,anti hyperplasia,inhibition of the synthesis of DNA in epithelial cell of prostate were observed for Niaotong capsule.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 95.85%,as compared with 66.00% in control group,the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01).The volume of prostate was reduced markedly after treatment,PSA was negatively changed,IgG and IgA were decreased.The experimental study showed that the mice were all survival in seven days after three-time administration in four hours,and that Niatong capsule could inhibit the hyperplasia of prostate. ConclusionNiaotong capsule has definite therapeutic effect,no toxic effect,also has the effects on inhibiting the synthesis of DNA in epithelial cell of prostate and anti-hyperplasia effect.更多还原
