【摘要】 目的　对照研究利复星 (LVFX)与奥复星 (OFLX)治疗老年人下呼吸道细菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法　将 90例下呼吸道细菌感染的老年患者随机分为两组。A组 46例 ,给予利复星 2 0 0mg ,静脉滴注 ,每日 2次 ,7～ 14d ;B组 44例 ,给予奥复星 2 0 0mg ,静脉滴注 ,每日 2次 ,7～ 14d。结果　A组症状、体征改善时间明显短于B组 (P <0 .0 1,<0 .0 5 ) ;A组治愈率明显高于B组 (P <0 .0 5 )。两组在总有效率和细菌清除率方面差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,均无明显不良反应。结论　利复星是一种十分有效和安全的治疗老年人下呼吸道细菌感染的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin (LVFX) and ofoxacin (OFLX) in treatment of lower respiratory tract bacterial infections (LRTBI) in the aged.Methods Ninety aged patients with LRTBI were randomly divided into two groups (A,B).The group A (n=46) and B (n=44),were treated respectively with LVFX and OFLX,200 mg,iv.gtt,bid for 7～14 d.Results The time of rehabilitation of symptoms and signs in group A was much shorter than that in group B.Group A was significantly better than group B in the cure rate.No significant differences were observed in total effective rate and bacterial eradication rate between A and B in the study,nor were adverse drug reactions.Conclusion LVFX is a very effective and safe agent for the treatment of LRTBI in the aged.更多还原
