【摘要】 目的　观察和评估注射式氢氧化钙糊剂 (Vitapex糊剂 )与甲醛甲酚 (FC)根管封药的临床疗效。方法　临床上选择 15 6颗慢性根尖炎伴瘘孔的患牙 ,随机分为两组 ,FC组共 80例 ,根管内封FC棉捻 ;Vitapex组共 76例 ,根管内封Vitapex糊剂。观察 1周、1个月、2个月和 6个月的疗效。结果　两组的封药效果差异明显。结论　在有瘘孔的慢性根尖炎患牙Vitapex糊剂的封药效果好于FC。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy of calcium hydroxide or formocresol as an intracanal medicament in root canal therapy of chronic apicitis teeth with fistulae.Methods 156 chronic apicitis teeth with fistulae were involved in this study. The effects of calcium hydroxide (Vitapex)and formocresol (FC)as intracanal medicament were investigated after one week,one month,two months and six months.Results Statistically significant differences between FC and Vitapex group were founded.Conclusion Vitapex paste is superior to FC as an intracanal medicament in root canal therapy of chronic apicitis.更多还原
