【摘要】 目的对烤瓷熔附金属修复体的临床效果进行观察 ,总结成功及失败的经验教训 ,提高口腔修复水平。方法对 5 97例患者的 719件烤瓷熔附金属修复进行 5～ 8年的临床观察 ,按统一的疗效标准 ,分为优秀、良好、失败 3级。结果优秀 6 17件 ,占 85 .8% ;良好 94件 ,占 13.1% ;失败 8件 ,占 1.1%。结论烤瓷熔附金属修复仍是目前最理想的固定修复方法 ,但在病例选择、修复体设计与制作、基牙的处理以及修复体的选色与配色方面 ,必须遵循相应的原则与方法 ,才能保证其临床效果更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of porcelain fused to metal(PFM) prosthesis and to summarize the experience and lessons from success and failure.Methods719 pieces of prosthesis from 597 cases were followed up for 5-8 years.The prostheses were classified into excellent,good and failure according to a unified standard.Results617 pieces were excellent ( 85.8 % ), 94 pieces good( 13.1 % ) and 8 pieces failure ( 1.1 % ).ConclusionPFM prosthesis is still the most ideal in the fixed prostheses.But,some principles must be followed in cases selection, prosthesis design and making,abutment preparation,shade match for good clinical results.更多还原
