整合素β1在输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织中的表达

【摘要】 目的:检测输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织中整合素β1、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的表达,探讨整合素β1在输卵管妊娠中的作用及其与ER和PR的关系。方法:采用免疫组化染色技术检测输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织中整合素β1、ER和PR的表达,并与正常输卵管粘膜组织及正常宫内早孕子宫蜕膜组织相比较。结果:输卵管妊娠蜕膜组织中整合素β1、ER和PR的阳性表达均强于正常输卵管组,但弱于正常宫内早孕组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:①输卵管妊娠时,整合素β1的水平低于正常宫内早孕,但高于正常未孕输卵管的表达。推测较高水平的整合素β1是使滞留于输卵管的胚泡着床于输卵管的重要因素。②整合素β1的表达与ER和PR表达的变化趋势相一致,推测血清雌孕激素是通过其受体来调节整合素β1表达水平的。

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the expression of integrin β1 , estradiol receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in tubal pregnant decidual tissue, the normal human oviduct tissue and the early pregnant human endometrial decidual tissue, to study the effect of integrin β1, on tubal pregnancy and the relationship between integrin β1, and the sex hormone receptors. Methods: Expression of integrin β1 , ER and PR in tubal pregnant decidual tissue, the normal human oviduct tissue and the early pregnant human endometrial decidual tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry technique. Results: The positive expression of integrin β1 , ER and PR in tubal pregnant decidual tissue was stronger than that in the normal human oviduct tissue,but was weaker than that in the early pregnant human endometrial decidual tissue. The differences were significant ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion: 1 . In tubal pregnancy, integrin β1, is lower than that in the early pregnant human endometrial decidual tissue, but is higher than that in the normal human oviduct tissue. So we suppose that integrin β1, play an important role in the blastocyst implantation in the oviduct. 2. The change trend of integrin β1, expression is the same as the expression of ER and PR. So we suppose that the serum estradiol and progesterone regulate integrin β1, expression by their receptors.
