【摘要】 目的 :观察并比较鼻中隔偏曲伴偏曲对侧减充血剂敏感的粘膜性下鼻甲肥大病人两侧下鼻甲固有层血管的结构特点。方法 :对 4 0例该病病人行中隔矫正术前 ,在鼻内窥镜下于两侧下鼻甲前 1 3处切取组织。采用光镜、透射电镜 ,观察下鼻甲固有层血管的结构特点。结果 :光镜 :偏曲对侧较同侧下鼻甲粘膜固有层窦状隙数目相对增多 ,血管壁平滑肌细胞密度相对增加。透射电镜 :偏曲对侧较同侧下鼻甲粘膜固有层结缔组织胶原纤维明显增多。粘膜上皮下毛细血管及腺体周围毛细血管的内膜具有窗格样空隙 ,小静脉内皮基底膜及平滑肌细胞呈高度多孔性 ;窦状隙为排列不规则的血管间平滑肌纤维围绕。粘膜上皮下毛细血管及腺体周围毛细血管内皮细胞及窦状隙平滑肌细胞内线粒体肿胀、基质变少 ,出现空泡 ,嵴少而短 ,甚至消失。结论 :窦状隙及血管间平滑肌纤维可能与粘膜性下鼻甲肥大的发生有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the pathological characteristics of vessel in the bilateral inferior turbinates of nasal septum deviation. Methods: Pathological performance was observed in 80 samples from bilateral inferior turbinates in nasal septum deviation patients with optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results: The number of blood vessels in lamina propria was more in contralateral with irregular tube cavity, contralateral grew sharply in number of collagenous fibers when compared with ipsilateral, and microfilament in smooth muscular cell within blood vessel arranged disorderly. Fenestrated capillary was seen under the subepithelia vascular layers and around glands. High porosity was seen under the subepithelia vascular layers and around glands. High porosity was seen in the basal membrane and smooth muscular cell. Intervascular smooth muscular fibers arranging in different forms surrounded cavernous tissue. Chondriosomes appeared swell in capicillary endothelial cell and smooth muscle cell of cavernous tissue. Crests of the chondriosomes were short, even disappeared. Conclusion: The finding suggests that cavernous tissue is the special structure in inferior turbinate. It may perform and important role in inferior turbinatehypertrophy with nasal septum deviation.更多还原
