【摘要】 目的 :在单个细胞水平上研究系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)的细胞内细胞因子IFN γ和IL 6的表达与疾病发病的关系。方法 :用酶联免疫斑点法 (ELISPOT)检测患者PBMC的细胞内细胞因子IFN γ和IL 6的表达情况。结果 :活动期SLE患者PBMC中IL 6及Th2 Th1 比值与正常人相比显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :在SLE患者PBMC中细胞因子IL 6升高 ,表达倾向于向Th2 偏移 ,Th1 Th2 平衡在SLE发病机制中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of IFN γ and IL 6 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with pathogensis at single level. Methods: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from 20 patients with SLE stimulated for 6 hours with phorbol myristate (PMA) plus ionomycin in the presence of monensin. Cells were stained for intracellular cytokines such as IFN γ and IL 6 by enzyme linked immunospot assay (ELISPOT). Results: The expression of IL 6 and Th 2/Th 1 ratio were significantly increased in patients compared with 10 healthy individuals (P<0.01). Conclusion: The increased expression of IL 6 and a shift toward Th 2 Cytokine profile is observed in the PBMC of SLE patients. Th 1/Th 2 cytokine balance has important implication in the pathogensis.更多还原
