核因子κB在大肠腺癌及腺瘤组织中的表达

【摘要】 目的 :探讨核因子κB (NF κB)表达与大肠腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法检测NF κBp6 5在 5 2例大肠腺癌、2 1例大肠腺瘤及 10例正常大肠粘膜中的表达情况。结果 :5 2例大肠癌中 34例NF κBp6 5阳性 ,阳性产物主要定位于肿瘤细胞胞浆。 2 1例大肠腺瘤中 10例NF κBp6 5阳性 ,10例正常大肠组织中NF κBp6 5无 1例阳性表达。大肠腺瘤与大肠癌间NF κBp6 5的阳性表达率差异无显著意义。NF κBp6 5的表达与患者的性别、大肠癌组织学分型、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期无关。结论 :NF κBp6 5是大肠癌相关的一种癌蛋白 ;NF κBp6 5蛋白表达可能是大肠癌形成的一个早期事件 ,NF κBp6 5蛋白可能为大肠癌的一个新的肿瘤标志物

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role and significance of NF κB p65 protein in the occurrence and development of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expression of NF κB p65 protein was studied immunohistochemically in 52 patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma,21patients with large intestine adenoma and 10 cases of normal colon tissue. Results: Out of 52 cases of colorectal carcinoma ,34 cases were found to have NF κB p65 protein positive stain,10 cases were found to have NF κB p65 protein positive stain in 21 cases large intestine adenoma,while none of the 10 cases of normal tissue was found to have NF κB p65 protein positive stain. The positive product was mainly localized in the cytoplasm of tumor cell .The expression rate of NF-κB p65 protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma (65.4%) was significantly higher than that in normal tissue (0.0%)(P<0.01).The difference of NF κB p65 protein expression between the colorectal adenocarcinoma and large intestine adenoma had no significance. The expression of NF κB p65 protein was not related to the sex, lymph node metastasis and differentiation of adenocarcinoma and Dukes’ grade (P>0.05). Conclusion: NF κB p65 is an oncogenic protein related to colorectal adenocarcinoma.NF κB activation may be an early event in tumor formation; NF κB p65 subunit could be a new tumor marker for colorectal neoplasms.
