高职教育发展中的人力资源问题及其对策
The Problems of Manpower Resource in the Development of the High Vocational Education and Its Countermeasure
【摘要】 本文分析了我国高等职业技术教育人力资源的现状,剖析了高职教育中人力资源存在的几个方面问题;分析了这些问题存在的症结和四点原因;提出了解决高职教育人力资源问题的办法和途径。
【Abstract】 This article analyses the current situation of the manpower resource of the high vocational education in our country.It construes the problems, analyses four reasons, and provides the methods to solve the problems .
