量子线中形状独立的度规法则
Shape-independent Scaling Rule in Quantum Well Wires
【摘要】 把方形量子阱线的一维等效势模型推广到矩形量子阱线中 ,通过变分法计算了无限深方形和矩形量子阱线内激子的束缚能 ,进一步验证了量子线有 -形状独立的度规法则存在 .
【Abstract】 The mode of the equivalent 1D potential of exciton in square quantum well wires is popularized to the mode in rectangular quantum well wires.The shape independent scaling rule is testified in our work which develop the variational calculations to obtain the exciton binding energy in square and rectangular quantum well wires.
