【Abstract】 Water temperature,water quality and light are very important ecological factors in soft-shelled turtle aquaculture.This article consulted the former relative researches,picked up the proper way to regulate the factors.The main contents were as follows:putting calefaction tubes on the bottom of rearing pools and heat the water directly.Using temperature regulation instruments to keep the water temperature in the proper range;adding enough dissolved oxygen,undertaking antisepsis every 15 days.Keeping the water diaphaneity in the range of 25～30cm.We suggest that the method of prolonging illumination at night should not be taken.Turning the four square corners of rearing pool into arcs contributes to the animal’s distribution uniformly to avoid biting each other.It is not necessary to put sand in ponds,while setting basking desks on surface of water is more useful for turtles to save energy.更多还原
