荧光猝灭法测定铁(Ⅲ)-铝试剂络合物稳定常数

【摘要】 首次研究了铁 ( )对铝试剂荧光的猝灭作用 ,用荧光猝灭法测定了铁 ( )铝试剂络合物的稳定常数 .在 p H=4 .7的乙酸缓冲溶液中 ,用 2 97nm紫外光照射铝试剂溶液可以产生很强的荧光 ,最大发射波长为 4 0 9nm.Fe3 +离子可以和铝试剂形成铁 ( )铝试剂络合物 ,使铝试剂的荧光猝灭 .推导了用荧光猝灭法测定络合物稳定常数的计算方法 ,测得铁 ( )铝试剂络合物的条件稳定常数为 lg K′=4 .90± 0 .0 3( n=1 5 ) .

【Abstract】 Fluorescence quenching effect of Fe(Ⅲ) on aurintricarboxylic acid(ATA) have been studied,and the stability constant of Fe(Ⅲ)-ATA complex has been determined by a fluorescence quenching method.In the medium of pH4.7 acetic buffer,ATA produces strong fluorescence when irradiated with 297nm ultraviolet rays,the maximum emission wavelength is 409nm.Addition ofFe(Ⅲ) ion into ATA solution causes fluorescence quenching because of the formation of Fe(Ⅲ)-ATA complex.By using a fluorescence quenching method developed in this paper,the conditional stability constant of the Fe(Ⅲ)-ATA complex is determined to be lgK′=4.90±0.03 (n=15).
