镗孔切槽一次成型技术研究
The once-fashioning technique research of boring and cutting trough
【摘要】 论述了镗孔、切槽一次成型机械的设计过程 ,此项技术用于加工减速器两端轴承座孔和孔内的内凹环形槽 ,被加工工件只需一次装夹就可以完成镗孔、切槽两道工序 ,能够保证加工精度、提高加工效率、操作方便可靠、机械结构简单、成本低
【Abstract】 The design process of boring and cutting trough mechanism is disserted. It can accomplish the working of the bilateral holes of decelerator in which bearing races are placed and of the fillister in the hole. The mechanism completes boring and cutting trough task by only once installation with high precision and efficiency. It has convencint and reliable operation , simple structure and low cost.
