直接融资与间接融资的比较研究
A Comparative Study of Direct Financing and Indirect Financing
【摘要】 金融的核心是储蓄—投资的转化问题。直接融资、间接融资又是储蓄一投资转化的主要途径。本文就两种融资方式从不同角度做了比较并结合我国的实际情况做了实证分析。
【Abstract】 The key financial problem lies in transformation of saving-investment. Direct financing and in-direct financing are two ways of financing. This paper contributes to a comparative study of two models of fi-nancing and to positive analysis in Chinese current situation.
