球头铣刀上的连续刃口与三沟槽截形设计问题

【摘要】 对三沟槽球头铣刀的设计模型进行了研究与讨论。通过对与轴线成定角的刃口在球顶近域不存在的论证,提出了与经线成定角的刃口优于与轴线成定角的结论。以此为前提,建立了球头铣刀上与经线成定角的连续刃口曲线的数学模型,进而给出了三沟槽球头铣刀沟槽设计的通用模型。文中还对二轴联动NC加工等螺距回转刀具相关模型及后处理问题做了注记,从而为三沟槽球头铣刀的设计与制造提供了一个有价值的较全面的参考。

【Abstract】 This article is a survey and study of the design model of the rose millingcutter.Through the expounding that the edge fixedangled with axis doesn’t exist in the top area of the ball,the conclusion is drawn that the edge fixedangled with meridian is due to edge fixedangled with axis.On the basis of this conclusion,the mathematical model of continuous edge curve fixedangled with meridian is set up on the rose millingcutter.Then,the common model of the section design of the trigroove rose millingcutter is given.This article also gives notes on some problems of relevant models about the equal screwpitch rotating cutter and the deaxis comovable NC processing.Thus,it provides a valuable and allround reference for the design and processing of the trigroove rose millingcutter.
