挤压铸造无缩孔判据在有色金属中的验证
Test of the Rule for Shrinkage of Squeeze Casting in Nonferrous Metal
【摘要】 挤压铸造 (又称液态模锻 )是铸造技术和热模锻技术相结合而派生出的全新工艺。试验发现必须协调好挤压铸造中比压、加压时间、加压速度各工艺参数之间的关系 ,才能生产出完全无缩孔缩松铸件。本文以铝硅合金为例 ,对挤压铸造的无缩孔判据进行验证。研究发现 :无缩孔判据中时间因子判据的成立条件为开始加压时间和升压时间之和小于铸件的全部凝固时间 ,即 tp1+ tp2 <ts。这一条件的提出使无缩孔判据更为完整。
【Abstract】 Squeeze casting (or liquid forging) is a new technique which combines casting technique and hot forging technique. The test shows that the complete shrinkage casting pieces can be produced only if pressure prearea,pressure adding time and pressure adding speed correspond with each other among the technology parameters of squeeze casting. The rule for shrinkage of squeeze casting is verified in the example of Al Si alloy. It is found that the time factor is tenable as long as the sum of starting pressure adding time and pressure rising time is less than the total solidifying time,that is t p1 + t p2 < t s,which makes the rule perfect.
