【Abstract】 On the basis of comparative analysis of the method of determining elasticity coeffceient in and out of home,a calculating method of elasticity coefficlent,in which actual statistical data are directly calculated by method of potential analysis,is put forward.This calculating method has many advantages,such as rigorous mathematical deducing,less theoretic hypotheses,stable calculating result,and convenient use.It is extensively applicable to the detemination of elasticity coeffcient in science and technology progress research in different branches and regions,and it enriches the content of science and technology progress research.更多还原
