薇菜含硒量的研究
Study of selenium content in Osmunda L.
【摘要】 在恩施市主要含硒区采集薇菜样品,并分析其含硒量。结果显示,所采样品中,薇菜根含硒在1.58~5.04μg/g之间,茎含硒在1.97~5.52μg/g之间,叶含硒在3.06~7.44μg/g之间。不同含硒区的薇菜含硒量不同,薇菜含硒量呈现出叶大于茎、茎大于根的分布规律。说明薇菜能够吸收利用土壤中的硒,发展富硒薇菜是可行的。
【Abstract】 This paper dealt with the sampling of Osnmnda in main Se - content districts and the analysis of selenium in Osmun-da. The results showed that the range of Se - content in roots, stems and leaves is 1.58 to 5.04/ng/g, 1.97 to 5.52 and 3.06 to 7.44 respectively in the sampled Osmunda . The Se - content of Osmunda in different districts is various and the distribution of Se -content in Osmunda is leaves > stems > roots. Those mean that the Osmunda can assimilate the selenium in soil and it is practicable to produce the Osmunda enriching selenium.
