【摘要】 对家蚕品种“932”、“75 32”、芙蓉、湘晖等的原种 ,“932”×芙蓉、“75 32”×湘晖的杂交原种 ,(“932”×芙蓉 )× (“75 32”×湘晖 )F1杂交种进行RAPD分子标记纯度检测筛选 ,经过 180个随机引物的筛选 ,获得可用于判别“932”×芙蓉、“75 32”×湘晖杂交原种、(“932”×芙蓉 )× (“75 32”×湘晖 )四元杂交种纯度的分子标记 ,初步建立了从DNA提取到纯度判别的技术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 By applying RAPD molecular marking technique and through the selection of 180 random primers,a technical method was preliminary established to extract the DNA and to detect the purity of mulberry silkworm ( Bombyx mori ) eggs of parental varieties named 932,7532,Furong and Xianghui,parental hybrids named 932×Furong and 7532×Xianghui,and the quaternary hybrid named (932×Furong)×(7532×Xianghui).更多还原
