【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对12个香椿品种进行过氧化物酶同工酶分析。结果表明:香椿过氧化物酶同工酶谱迁移率为0.4425～0.9038之间,有5～7条酶谱带,依染色深浅分强、中、弱三种类型;利用主成分分析和聚类分析,探讨了各品种间的亲缘关系,为香椿的品种分类提供一定的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peroxidase isoenzyme of 12 Tooan sinensis varieties was analyzed by means of RAGE. The result showed that the Rf of POX isoenzymes is 0. 4425 - 0.9038, and there were distributed5-7isoenzyme bands. Using principal components analysis and cluster analysis methods, these varieties were divided into groups according to their information loading by factor, which can provide some foundation of systematic botany.更多还原
