秦皇岛地区野生蔬菜资源及其开发利用的可行性分析

【摘要】 对河北省秦皇岛地区山地、滨海、平原的野生蔬菜资源进行了调查。结果表明,秦皇岛地区可食野生蔬菜有80余种,其中资源丰富、食用方便且品质良好、有开发价值的约50种;分析了秦皇岛市所具有的自然、历史、经济及科技优势,及该市开发野生蔬菜资源的可行性;并借鉴我国自然资源开发中的教训,指出了开发中应注意的问题。

【Abstract】 The wild vegetable resources in mountain area, on the seashore, and plain of Qinhuangdao were investigated. It showed that there are 80 kinds of edible wild vegetables among which 50 kinds have special abundant resource, edible convenience, high quality and practically exploitative advantages. Advantages of nature, history, economy and technology in Qinhuangdao area were analyzed, and feasibility of the exploitation of the wild vegetable resource as well. Based on the lessons got during the process of exploiting China’s natural resource, the problems that should be noticed in exploitation were pointed out.
